    Position Type: Full Time Exemption Status: Exempt Reports To: Vice President

    Competitive Salary plus Monthly and Quarterly Bonus Potential

    JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for all daily aspects of running the Branch. This includes ensuring profitability of the branch and a high level of customer satisfaction. This position develops and maintains a clear level of communication with Business Development. Professional appearance and demeanor are required.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure that branch employees follow the Core Values at all times
    • Knowledgeable and able to perform all responsibilities of Assistant Manager and/or Staffing Coordinator
    • Train and coach all new HireQuest Direct employees hired for the branch
    • Dispatch HireQuest Direct Field Team Members
    • Mitigate any issues with Hire Quest employees
    • Work with Sales to find solutions for any staffing complaints from customers
    • Perform daily and weekly pay outs for Hire Quest employees
    • Conduct customer calls in a timely matter and report to supervisor any issues
    • All billing for the branch to be done and submitted by close of business Tuesday
    • Ensure that Certified Payroll is completed each week
    • Conduct Accounts Receivable collection calls
    • Submit billing adjustments to Supervisor for approval when necessary
    • Handle all Unemployment Claims in a timely manner and follow policy
    • Handle all Workers Compensation claims in a timely manner and follow policy
    • Schedule Job Fairs also scheduling branch employee participation.
    • Oversee and participate in recruiting for all staffing needs
    • Schedule and ensure timely two week reviews with all supervised personnel
    • Establish a weekly work schedule for branch employees and submit to your supervisor
    • Mediate any employee issues using counseling and progressive discipline practices
    • Any other duties assigned by the Director of Sales and VP as needed

    Responsibility/ Authority (A) Relationships: Interacts with all levels of employees and leadership (B) Equipment: Laptop and/or cell phone if needed. Accountable for all Personal Protection Equipment (C) Money: Pay Cards

    JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Level Required: Minimum of a High School Education

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $36,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
