Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Staffing Services

Company: HireQuest Direct

Location: Loveland, CO

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an integral part of our business, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives by helping them find meaningful employment. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our staffing services to the construction, warehouse, and light industrial industries. Previous experience in outside sales is not required as we are willing to train the right individual.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in new business development through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain and further develop accounts with existing clients.
• Compile lists of prospective customers using various lead generating sources.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers.
• Solicit orders and provide excellent customer service.
• Quote prices and credit terms, prepare sales contracts, and customer applications.
• Complete job site survey reports for new and existing customer job sites.
• Prepare periodic sales reports to showcase sales volume and potential sales.
• Meet weekly-established customer-call quota.
• Record all customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software and submit reports to management on a weekly basis.
• Utilize previous business-to-business sales experience to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Must be a team player who is self-motivated and works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong prospecting and negotiation abilities.
• Previous business-to-business sales experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation is necessary to effectively contact the customer/potential customer base.
• Availability to attend after-hours networking events and take calls from clients during nights and weekends.

• $40,000 - $60,000 + commission
