Job Title: Sales Administrator Our client is looking to add a Sales Administrator to their team in the next few weeks. As the Sales Administrator you bring your desire to grow in sales to support a collaborative and fast-paced group ensuring information flow to the sales department and multiple locations. This is a full-time role onsite in Germantown, TN. Sales Administrator Responsibilities and Duties: * Accurately price contracts and write up program orders. * Reconcile and manage inventories at various vendor locations * Ensure fluid inventory and solve any issues that may arise by communicating with vendor-managed customers & reloads. * Maintain an adequate flow of inventory * Backup or support roles in the sales team as needed. * Manage the inbound and outbound orders. Sales Administrator Education and Experience: * 4-year degree in business OR equivalent experience. * Ability to work in an environment that needs continual reprioritization of several tasks while taking the initiative to take them on while keeping organized. * Attention to detail. * Solid research and problem-solving skills. * Strong Microsoft Office skills; Excel knowledge (utilizing pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
