Sales Administrator
Position Description The Sales Program Administrator works with a collaborative, fast-paced group that is responsible for the flow of information between multiple mill locations and the sales department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get into sales with a large, reputable company Position: Sales Program Administrator Lumber / Woo d Products / Mills Location: Germantown, TN (Greater Memphis, TN.) Salary: Based on experience Travel Required: Yes Duties and Responsibilities: * You will price contracts and write up program orders with accuracy. * You will manage and reconcile inventories at various Vendor Managed locations and reload yards * You will communicate with Vendor Managed customers & reloads to ensure fluid inventory and solve any issues that may arise. * You will work with salespeople & coordinators to maintain an adequate inventory flow to locations. * You will back-up or support roles in the sales team as needed. * You will perform various processes within JDE systems to manage the inbound and outbound of orders. Qualifications and Education: * Must-Have a 4-year degree in business or related degree. * Must-Have the ability to work in an environment with several tasks that need continual reprioritization. * Must have 2+ years of Lumber Mills, and Wood Product experience. * Must have 3 to 5 years of Sales Experience. * A high level of attention to detail. * Excellent problem-solving and research skills. * Strong Microsoft office skills; Excel knowledge (utilizing pivot-tables, formulas, etc.). * Organization skills while demonstrating a high level of initiative.
