Description of Duties: - Generating sales through door-to-door, inbound leads, and referrals - Negotiate $10,000+ insurance claims with insurance carriers - Working with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience - Oversight of construction projects - Go through the company training and development program Skills and Requirements: - Results-oriented and able to work both independently and in a team environment - Able to work evenings and weekends - Comfortable climbing roofs - Must have a valid license and vehicle (truck is preferred but not necessary) Compensation: - Commission based - Average first-year summer intern income - $50,000+
