    The lead product manager for Customer Data Platform will be responsible for leading and building the team wrangling our vast amount of customer data, which allows us to lower marketing cost while increasing revenue, support key decisions and optimize the user experience.  In partnership with stakeholders across Endeavor’s different business units, they will establish a modern data platform and marketing automation solution to drive outcomes such as decreased customer acquisition cost, site/app personalization, automated pricing and increased customer retention.     

    Who You Are

    • You have 8+ years of experience as a product manager in progressively senior roles.  
    • You have 3+ years managing product managers 
    • You have a masters degree or higher in a STEM discipline or MBA 
    • You have demonstrated experience working on large scale data platform and analytics offerings
    • You are well versed in data engineering, data enrichment, attribution, data governance, personalization platforms, customer intelligence & analytics, technologies and vendors in the data warehouse and processing space 
    • You are familiar with data driven marketing and integrating into marketing automation solutions  
    • You are well versed in agile software methodology and comfortable leading the product discovery process
    • You can work from anywhere in the world though the team is primarily based in New York city

    What you’ll do

    • Hire and develop a team of product managers focused on Endeavor’s data strategy and platform 
    • Build a set of tools facilitating direct talent to fan engagement.  
    • Build the vision, mission, strategy and roadmap for Endeavor’s customer data platform across partners in engineering, marketing and product insights  
    • Contribute to the strategic leadership of the organization for Endeavor Digital by enabling data driven decisions, analytics & reporting  
    • Lower marketing cost and increase revenue by improving advertising effectiveness and automation. 
    • Design, implement and operate a data platform that will power our company  
    • Partner with business units across the company to evangelize a data driven culture.  
    • Champion best in class privacy, security, and regulatory compliance 
    • Work across teams of product managers, engineers, marketers, and strategists to deliver best in class data and marketing technology solutions.
