    Immediate opening for experienced HHAs or CNAs willing to travel to northern Macomb County to provide in home One-On-One patient care.

    One-On-One In-Home Patient Caregivers:

    Home Health Aide (HHA)

    Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

    Pay rates $15.50 to $16.50 an hour

    OPEN CASE LOCATIONS:

    Case 1: 12 - 18 hours per week

    Part Time Position Day Shift

    Area: Mound Rd & 26 Mile

    Shifts: Tue 9a-3p, Thur 9a-3p, *Sat 9a-3p, *Sun 9a-3p *2 Weekends per month (Saturdays and Sundays)

    Case 3: 9 hours per week

    Part Time Position Day Shift

    Area: Mound Rd & 16 Mile

    Shifts: Mon 10a-2:30p and Wed 10a-2:30p

    Job Summary

    We are seeking experience Home Health Aides (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. In this position, you will assist patients with their daily living needs, provide compassionate care, and generally increase their quality of life. Responsibilities may include monitoring vital signs, assisting with hygiene needs, and communicating with nurses and doctors. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and willing to be an advocate for their patients.

    Responsibilities

    Assist with ADLs such as personal care, mobility, transfers, PT exercises, fall precautions, etc.

    Assist with IADLs such as meal prep, light housekeeping etc.

    Provide appropriate companionship and friendly conversation

    Provide adjunct patient care

    Respect client privacy and dignity

    Run light errands as approved

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED

    Current BLS or CPR certification

    Basic computer skills

    Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to lift heaving objects

    CNAs (current state certification)

    Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation

    Compassionate, respectful, ethical
