Location: Little Scholars Academy – Faribault, MN Job Type: Full-Time Start Date: August 1st Salary: $22–$25 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

About Little Scholars Academy: At Little Scholars Academy, we believe every child deserves a strong foundation rooted in curiosity, confidence, and care. Our team is passionate about fostering early learning through engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team and support children during this critical stage of development.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Planning and leading engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities

Supporting children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development

Creating a classroom environment that is nurturing, inclusive, and safe

Collaborating with families and fellow staff members to ensure each child’s success

Observing and documenting developmental milestones

Upholding MN state childcare licensing standards and center policies

Required Qualifications:

Minimum AA Degree in Early Childhood Education (required)

Minimum 1 year of experience working with preschool-aged children

Current CPR and First Aid certification (or obtain in 30 days of employment)

Strong classroom management and communication skills

A positive, dependable, and caring attitude toward children and team members
