Schedule: Tues–Thurs | 9:30am–2:30pm (10–15 hrs/week) Location: Mission Viejo school campus

💼 What You’ll Do

Deliver 1:1 school-based ABA support

Collect accurate data every session

Implement behavior plans with fidelity

Collaborate with school staff & BCBA supervisor

Submit session notes & timesheets timely

Maintain confidentiality & professionalism

✅ Requirements

RBT Certification required (2+ years experience strongly preferred)

Passion for supporting neurodiverse children

Reliable transportation & valid CA driver’s license

TB test, background check clearance

Ability to sit, stand, kneel, move quickly, and lift up to 35 lbs as needed

💲 Compensation

$22–$25/hr based on experience and education
