Hiring CDL-A Drivers — Northwest Lanes | Predictable Home Time

We are hiring Class A CDL drivers to operate on established dry van lanes with consistent freight demand and pay protection designed to support stable earnings. This position offers predictable scheduling, modern equipment, and performance incentives.
Only **6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience required.

Regional runs throughout the Northwest states
Average approximately 2,300 miles per week
Home weekly for scheduled reset time
Freight is 100% no-touch
Majority drop-and-hook moves with efficient routing
Pulling dry van trailers on steady customer freight
Reliable year-round freight network
Mileage pay $0.53 CPM on all miles (loaded & empty)
Safety bonus potential +$.01–$.03 per mile
Additional +$.01 per mile for Hazmat endorsement (not required)

Valid Class A CDL
