Job Summary

We are currently hiring Caregivers to join our dedicated team. In this rewarding role, you'll provide personalized, in-home support to seniors and individuals with disabilities—helping with daily routines, ensuring comfort, and promoting overall well-being. We're looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who truly care about others and are ready to make a lasting impact.

Key Requirements (Must-Haves)

Active HCA# or PER ID# (Registered with the California Home Care Aide Registry)

Fluent in Spanish to effectively support our Spanish-speaking clients

Able to lift at least 50 lbs

Standard Requirements

Valid California Driver’s License

Current auto insurance (for client transportation)

Recent TB Test (completed within the last 90 days)

What You’ll Do

Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing

Help with mobility, walking, and light exercises

Prepare meals and snacks based on dietary needs

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home

Dispense or remind clients of medications as needed

Offer companionship and emotional support

Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and appointments

Who We’re Looking For

Prior experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role preferred

Basic knowledge of housekeeping and meal prep

Understanding of health & safety practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Physically able to lift 50 lbs or more

Compassionate, respectful, and trustworthy demeanor

Compensation

$18.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
