✨ Position Details

Location: Cleveland, OH (W 73rd & Detroit Ave)

Shift(s): 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | 5 Days / Week | Thursdays & Sundays OFF

Hours: Consistent weekly schedule

Pay: $14/hr WEEKLY

Type: W-2

🧽 Responsibilities

Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, stairwells, and lobby spaces

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

Empty and reline trash and recycling bins

Clean restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, replenishing supplies)

Wipe surfaces, door handles, and high-touch areas

Clean and remove trash from exterior of building

Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly

Follow checklists and take photos

🔧 Requirements

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and handle physical tasks

Strong attention to detail

Must be punctual and dependable

Smartphone required for checklists, photos & clock-ins
