📍 Position

Location: Beachwood, OH (Chagrin Blvd & Richmond Rd) Required Availability: Weekdays and Weekends (2-4 Shifts/Week) Shifts: Morning Shift (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM), Afternoon Shift (12:00 PM - 5:00 PM) Pay: $12/hour (W-2)

🧽 What You’ll Do

Clean common areas, hallways, stairwells, and lobby

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

Take out trash + replace liners

Wipe high-touch surfaces (handles, doors, etc.)

Follow a checklist + upload photos after completion

Flag any maintenance or safety issues

🔧 Requirements

Able to lift 30 lbs

Detail-oriented — you don’t cut corners

Show up on time, every time

Comfortable using smartphone (for clock-ins, checklists, photos)
