Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Residential | $18/hr Location: 73rd Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19126 Job Type: Part-time / Full-time Pay: $18 per hour

We are looking for compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential home environment. Overnight positions are currently available.

Available Shifts:

Overnights

Thursday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Friday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Saturday: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and supervision in a residential home

Assist with activities of daily living (personal care, meal prep)

Ensure safety and follow individualized care plans

Support community and recreational activities

Complete required documentation

Requirements:

DSP or caregiving experience preferred

Reliable transportation

Ability to work scheduled shifts consistently

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Must pass background checks and required clearances
