Job Title: Home Health Aide (HHA)/Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for Live-In Cases

Job Description:

Join our compassionate and dedicated team as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA). We are seeking caring individuals to provide supportive and personalized care to clients in a live-in setting. This role is essential in helping individuals maintain their independence in their own homes, providing care tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, meal preparation, and keeping the living environment tidy and safe.
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition or behavior to the healthcare team.
- Assist with mobility, transportation, and exercises as directed by medical professionals or care plans.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and respectful relationship with clients.
- Administer medications and treatments according to healthcare plans and protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided, reporting any significant changes in the client’s condition to supervisors.

Qualifications:

- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) is required.
- Previous experience in home care, hospice, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with clients respectfully and empathetically.
- Physically capable of performing tasks associated with client care, including lifting.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a client’s home.
