Job Description

We are looking for 4-5 full-time representatives to be the face of our business. We need people who are outgoing, professional and have a passion for helping others. RevoLusion is a leading debt-settlement firm in the area, and with the growing amount of consumer debt, we are in immediate need of more representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to determine suitable debt settlement program offerings
• Follow up with customers to assist them through the debt settlement process
• Be compassionate and empathetic towards customers
• Maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

We believe that individuals with a student mentality and willingness to learn excel best in this role. Therefore, no experience is necessary and the following list are “nice to haves”.

• Experience in retail, retail sales, retail customer service, brand management, customer service, hospitality, financial management, sales, business development, and field sales
• Educational background in business, communications, marketing/sales, economics, finance
• 1-2 years experience working in a customer-facing role
