Position Overview:

Seeking independent CDL owner-operators across the U.S. to operate under structured dispatch coordination. This role supports drivers with consistent freight opportunities while maintaining flexibility in how they run their operation. All equipment types are considered, including power-only and trailer-equipped units.

Responsibilities:

Operate independently while coordinating with dispatch for load assignments

Maintain communication regarding pickup, transit, and delivery updates

Manage schedules based on available freight opportunities

Ensure documentation is submitted accurately after each load

Maintain compliance with operational processes

Qualifications:

Active CDL and owner-operator status

Own truck (any trailer type or power-only accepted)

Strong time management and communication skills

Ability to manage routes and schedules independently

Experience in transportation operations required

Work Environment:

Independent driving environment supported by structured dispatch coordination, load tracking, and consistent communication systems.
