Your Responsibilities:

Deliver personal care and assist clients with daily living tasks.

Build meaningful connections and provide companionship to clients in their homes.

Promote clients’ independence while ensuring their comfort and safety.

Follow tailored care plans developed by Registered Nurses.

Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation for errands or appointments.

Plan fun activities and attend fun activities.

Maintain accurate records of care activities.

Comply with infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality care.

Strong communication skills to foster positive client and family relationships.

Reliable transportation for home visits.

Additional Qualifications:

Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport.

Valid Social Security Number (SSN).
