    Gifted Potentials is seeking compassionate, knowledgeable, and motivated Behavioral Specialists to join our growing team! If you're passionate about improving the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities through positive, person-centered supports, we'd love to hear from you.

    As a Behavioral Specialist, you'll work collaboratively with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop meaningful behavioral interventions that promote independence, skill development, and an enhanced quality of life.

    Minimum Qualifications (ODP Requirements)

    To be considered, applicants must meet ALL of the following qualifications:

    Education

    Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

    Preferred degree areas include:

    Psychology

    Special Education

    Social Work

    Counseling

    Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

    Education

    Human Services

    Behavioral or Social Science-related fields

    Experience

    Minimum of two (2) years of direct experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.

    Experience must be clearly reflected on your resume, including employment dates, work setting, and the population served.

    Required Training

    Candidates must complete or provide documentation of training in:

    Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA)

    Positive Behavioral Support (PBS)

    These trainings can be completed through the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) if not already obtained.
