Job Title: Part-Time Director of Nursing (DON) – Home Care Agency

Location: RDU, Triangle Area

Position Type: Part-Time (Flexible Hours)

Reports To: Administrator / Agency Owner

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Part-Time RN to provide annual and as needed supervisory visits for caregivers to ensure regulatory compliance. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of supporting our team of CNAs and PCAs.

NO SET PERSON, AS NEEDED BASIS.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the development and implementation of care plans.

Supervise and evaluate the performance of caregiving staff.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Train and onboard new caregivers on clinical procedures and documentation. (if needed)

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.

Minimum of 3 years nursing experience,

Strong knowledge of home care standards and regulatory compliance

Previous leadership or supervisory experience a plus

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and part-time (to be discussed, per week)

Weekend and evening availability a must.
