For chefs, please be experienced in ramen and have a passion for Japanese food. Please also have at least 2+ years experience in a high volume kitchen, be punctual, open to taking direction & learning, and have a positive attitude. We sent our Chef to Osaka to learn traditional ramen as well as the newest trends in Japan. Positions could be full time or part time

Executive Chef pay range is $70,000-85,000 salary

Sous Chef pay range is $19-26 per hour plus tips. The position could be salaried for the right person.
