About the Role:

World Of Love Home Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in the Douglasville area. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives by delivering high-quality, personalized care right in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to home care patients in the Douglasville and greater Atlanta area

Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic procedures as ordered

Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams

Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and home safety

Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and agency regulations and standards of care

Requirements:

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia

Previous home health, hospice, or community nursing experience preferred

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for home visits in the Douglasville area

CPR/BLS certification required

Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a commitment to quality care
