What We’re Looking For:

We’re on the hunt for a high-energy, results-driven closer to join our dynamic roofing sales team. As our outside sales closer, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with potential customers, assessing their roofing needs, and sealing the deal with confidence and charisma.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect & Engage: Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including door-to-door, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
• Consult & Advise: Meet with homeowners and business owners to assess their roofing needs, explain our services, and offer tailored solutions.
• Close Deals: Convert prospects into satisfied customers by expertly closing sales and ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience.
• Follow-Up: Maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals, contributing to the overall success of our team.

What You Bring:

• Proven Closer: You have a strong background in sales, particularly in closing deals, and you love the thrill of making the sale.
• Roofing Knowledge: Experience in roofing or construction sales is a big plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate with a strong sales background.
• Excellent Communicator: You can build rapport quickly, communicate effectively, and deliver persuasive sales pitches.
• Self-Motivated: You’re driven to succeed, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Problem Solver: You can think on your feet, handle objections with ease, and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
