SOF Hospitality is expanding to Austin and is hiring Servers for our new upscale steakhouse. We operate restaurants in Houston, New Orleans, and Costa Rica. We are a vibrant and dynamic hospitality group known for our diverse menus, exquisite cocktails, and outstanding customer service. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy memorable dining experiences.

What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Server Assistant with 1-3 years of fine dining experience. You will support our servers in creating a seamless and memorable experience for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist servers by delivering food, drinks, and clearing tables efficiently

Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked

Provide guests with water, bread, and other items during the meal service

Support the flow of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth operation.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet guest needs

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

Strong knowledge of craft spirits and mixology

Strong background in wine, including major wine regions and styles. Wine certifications are a major plus.

Positive attitude and a passion for the hospitality industry

Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
