We are currently seeking a skilled and career-driven Bartender to join our team at a fine dining steakhouse known for its refined service and culinary program. This role is ideal for a bartender who has honed their craft in fine dining settings and is eager to bring a deep respect for technique, balance, and guest experience to the highest level of service.

Who You Are:

· You bring 2+ years of craft bartending experience, with at least 2 years in fine dining or elevated cocktail-focused environments.

· You have strong foundational and intermediate knowledge of spirits, cocktail construction, bar tools, and mise en place, and a genuine drive to deepen that knowledge daily.

· You are passionate about the artistry of cocktails and understand how a beverage can enhance and elevate a guest’s entire dining experience.

· You take pride in the small details: glassware, dilution, timing, and tailored hospitality.

· You thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments where consistency, composure, and refinement are essential.

What We're Looking For:

· 2+ years of total bartending experience, with a strong preference for fine dining backgrounds

· Working fluency in classic cocktails, seasonal mixology, spirit knowledge, wine, and food pairings

· Polished communication, composure under pressure, and genuine hospitality

· Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required

· Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
