  • Responsibilities

    Intelifi Inc. is looking to bring on an established B2B sales pod to work together, in-house, selling our employment background screening SaaS platform.

    We are not looking to assemble a team from scratch.

    We want a pod that already works together — ideally with a sales leader + closers — who knows how to close B2B deals in the HR, staffing, or compliance space.

    This is a full-time, in-office opportunity in Beverly Hills, CA.

    (Not remote. Not commission-only.)

    ⸻Who We’re Looking For

    A sales pod of 3–4 people, such as:

    • 1 Sales Leader / Senior Account Executive

    • 2–3 Account Executives (closers)

    (SDR + AE hybrid pods also considered if closers are included)

    Your pod should already:

    • Have experience selling B2B SaaS or services

    • Be comfortable calling and selling to HR leaders and staffing decision-makers

    • Have closed deals together before

    • Be fluent in HubSpot or similar CRMs

    ⸻What You’ll Be Selling at Intelifi

    • Nationwide employment background checks

    • County, state, and national criminal searches

    • Fast turnaround times with broad U.S. coverage

    • Compliance-critical HR screening services

    • A mature platform with real demand and real customers

    A major focus of the role is vendor switching — helping companies move from their current background check provider to Intelifi based on accuracy, service, coverage, and speed.

    ⸻Sales Motion & Support

    This is full-cycle sales, supported by real infrastructure:

    • Inbound leads generated through marketing

    • Outbound prospecting to grow pipeline

    • Pre-built drip email campaigns, sales sequences, and call flows

    • Online nurturing tools and defined sales processes

    • HubSpot CRM with automation already in place

    Your team focuses on closing, not building systems from scratch.

    ⸻What Success Looks Like

    • Your pod owns deals from first contact through close

    • You handle discovery, demos, objections, and pricing

    • You convert inbound opportunities and generate outbound wins

    • You consistently close new HR and staffing clients

    • You collaborate in-office with leadership to scale revenue

    ⸻Requirements

    • Proven B2B sales closing experience (SaaS preferred)

    • Experience selling into HR, staffing, payroll, compliance, or similar industries is a strong plus

    • Demonstrated history of working as a team/pod

    • Comfortable with phone-based sales and decision-makers

    • Must be local to Beverly Hills, CA and available to work in-office

    ⸻Compensation

    • Base salaries + aggressive commissions

    • Residual commissions on closed accounts

    • Compensation structured per role within the pod
