    Job Description

    We're a rapidly-growing organic consumer products startup with exponential revenue growth over the past three months. Several of our flagship products including soaps, hand sanitizer and sun screen have been picked up by national retailers such as Costco, Bed Bath and Beyond and more.

    We've opened up a brand new facility where all of our products are manufactured and we need to bring in 100-200 temporary workers each day for the next 6 months. This position will help oversee the operations and manage the staff on a day-to-day basis.

    We're looking for a HR Administrator / Office Manager with previous experience in hiring full-time and part-time employees and taking them through the paperwork and on-boarding process to help us staff up our assembly lines. In addition, this person will manage all administrative duties related to our manufacturing site to keep our office running smoothly. This position will work onsite at our manufacturing facility Monday - Friday.

    This is a great career-growth opportunity as you will be joining the ground floor of a 10 person company and we're expecting to grow 3x over the next 6 months. Here is some of the experience we're looking for:

    • Previous experience in processing paperwork for the on-boarding process related to the hiring temporary and full-time employees

    • Previous experience handling HR and Administrative tasks

    • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
