Job Description
The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our Directors of Business Development, owning key external relationships, and maintaining other internal relationships within the greater Sales and Marketing organization. The Business Development Coordinator will report to the Sales/Marketing Operations Manager.
Candidate must report to the local office daily.
Responsibilities
- Liaise between Directors of Business Development and drive strategic relationships with key alliance stakeholders, to pinpoint co-sell strategy and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and grow strategic partnerships by identifying key team members, coordinating meetings, and leading regular ROB (rhythm of business)
- Conduct account-based research and develop key industry knowledge, using sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other Marketing data source.
- Coordinate account-based marketing with Marketing team, and provide required reporting both internally and externally.
- Support lead generation activities and overall territory planning by conducting account-based outbound campaigns
- Support go-to-market operations and collaborate cross-department with Marketing, Pre-Sales and other internal teams
- Draft tailored correspondence to prospective customers, leveraging marketing materials developed by our internal industry teams.
- Maintain internal CRM with accurate data, perform advanced queries, and pull relevant data for reports
- Create custom slide decks, sell sheets, and other client-facing materials
- Prepare presentations, data points, and reports for sales leadership team
- Establish best practices for account profiling and consistently improve overall business development methods
- Support Directors of Business development, by educating them on eligible funding programs to close new business, driving call to action alignment between our organization and our strategic alliance.
