Thermal Properties Graduate Engineering Internship
Job Description
Hitchiner Manufacturing Co., Inc. is seeking an intern to be part of its Summer 2019 Internship Program in Milford, NH. Over 10-12 week internships, interns will gain valuable real-world experience in manufacturing environments supporting Hitchiner’s engineering teams. Additionally, throughout the internship, interns will have the opportunity to develop mentoring relationships with members of the Hitchiner’s management team. Day to day assignments will include engineering projects.
This internship will focus on the thermal properties and heat transfer of different investment casting mold materials and methods.
Qualifications
Graduate student with BS in Materials Science or Mechanical Engineering, preferred
Familiar with a variety of concepts within the field
Must possess good communication and organizational skills
Computer literacy is a must, including competency in general MS Office applications
