WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• INDUSTRY RESEARCH: Extensively participate in industry research projects about the North America region and nearby game markets, analyze game market performance in the region.
• USER RESEARCH: Participate in product related user research projects, including participant recruitment, qualitative interviews, expert interviews, report writing, etc.

YES. You may work from wherever is most convenient for you. For those who prefer working in an office setting, we have one located in downtown Montreal and another downtown Santa Monica. Both are surrounded by great restaurants, entertainment, and cultural venues. #LI-REMOTE

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong desk research/secondary research ability, familiar with North America region's commonly used gaming forums/communities, public databases, government data websites etc.
• Ability to implement user interview projects independently, from participant recruitment, interview execution, to producing summary reports.
• Sociable, self-driven, quick learner.
• Proficiency in English, able to independently conduct expert interviews and user interviews with native English speakers. Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred
• Backgrounds in social science, psychology are prefered.

Additional Information

REQUIREMENTS: 

Able to commit a minimum of 3 days per week, for at least 3 months during the school year.
