We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team in our Gilbert office. Responsibilities: This role includes: • Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable • Bank Reconciliations • Monthly Financial Statements • Working with multiple HOA and condominium associations • Supporting property management clients Qualifications: What we’re looking for: • 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience with reconciliations and monthly financial reporting • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines • Strong communication skills • Excel proficiency required Bonus points for: • HOA or property management accounting experience • QuickBooks or similar accounting software experience Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 yearly
