    Our client company meets the high demand for EV charging by providing low-cost networked software solutions. They enable their end-users to charge at home, work or in public places making the grid more efficient and saving consumers money.

    Their intelligent charging infrastructure allows municipalities, utilities, automotive and other businesses to seamlessly own and operate their EV charging networks and integrated with renewable energy resources. They are a key participant in a national-wide initiative to reduce vehicle emissions.

    JOB SUMMARY

    As the Head of Account Management for the partnership with their largest client, you will be responsible for managing their customer experience, as well as leading complex solutions that deliver value. Responsibilities will include:

    •Manage the relationship as a customer and establish a strategic direction for achieving account penetration and delivering plans

    •Utilize best in practice methodologies to manage their customer experience while maintaining accountability for growth and meeting our companies’ goals and objectives

    •Cultivate existing relationships and build new relationships with influencers and decision makers

    •Provide leadership in project management, process control, quality initiatives, and RFP response

    •Lead negotiations and develop relationships to navigate both internal and external initiatives

    •Report on the status of engagements and new opportunities in weekly updates and monthly management forecasting reviews

    QUALIFICATIONS

    •8+ years of proven progressive experience in Account Management

    •3+ years of account management experience supporting Fortune 100 companies

    •At least a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management or similar field. Prefer MBA or master’s degree in relevant field

    •Demonstrated consultative, B2B selling experience within the energy sector

    •Experience in project management, process control, quality initiatives, production planning, statistical analysis, pricing, and RFP response

    •Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach and influence employees

    •Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for the intended audience

    •Ability to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships both internally and externally

    •Strong project and time management skills with the ability to multitask and manage customer expectations

    •Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems
