JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Product Director of Automotive OEM and Fleets to assist in building strategic alliances with auto manufacturers. As a key member of our growing product management group, you’ll interface with internal teams, customers and partners to develop and secure business from or in partnership with OEMs that have both near term return as well as longer term strategic value. Responsibilities include:

•Own the strategy and roadmap for Automotive OEM integrated products and solutions

•Own and develop the OEM partner ecosystem

•Carry out regular market, standards and technology reviews in the advancement OEM and EV charging technologies

•Develop business cases for new and emerging products and provide key performance indicators to measure product success

•Work closely with the engineering teams and provide guidance on technology development priorities

•Represent the company in key industry events, standards organizations such as SAE, IEEE, IEC, ISO etc. and other industry consortiums.

•Work closely with marketing to provide content and guidance, whitepapers and other collateral.

•Work closely with the members of executive and cross-functional management teams on strategy alignment and execution.

•Developing relationships with Automotive OEMs in the light, medium and heavy-duty space

•Develop and execute joint go-to market plans with alliance partners

•Where applicable, develop and launch new solutions/offerings with partners

Qualifications

•At least 6 years of experience in product development or product management in the Automotive industry

•Prefer background or strong knowledge of Electric Vehicles including EV charging standards and technologies

•Experience in telematics and cloud systems

•Background in Electrical/Electronics or Computer Engineering

•Experience in developing or managing software or technology products highly desired

•Strong project management skills and talent for managing multiple key relationships with high-level stakeholders

•MBA preferred

•Experience in working with remote and distributed teams.

•Ability to travel frequently

•Committed to security practices in policy and delivery

•Show vigilance in reporting of information, security vulnerabilities whether personal devices, corporate assets, services offered to customers, or office environment

•Willing to participate in additional security and privacy trainings
