    Our client company is a national advisory firm leading high-stakes turnaround and restructuring projects. They serve middle-market clientele in renewable energy and a multitude of other industries. They have multiple offices in the US and are opening 2 additional offices.

     

    They are experiencing an impressive run of growth by over 35% within the last 12 months. Anticipating 100% growth rate for 2020.

     

    Their seasoned team consists of former c-suite professionals with decades of deep experience in turnaround management, financial restructuring, performance improvement, interim management, and transaction advisory.

    Unlike typical large firms, they don’t pigeon-hole their employees into narrowly defined roles.

    JOB SUMMARY

    The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with hiring managers to fill open job requisitions within the company and for their clientele. 

    In this role, you will be a trusted advisor and strategist with a seat at the executive table.

    THIS IS A CLIENT-FACING ROLE AND REQUIRES SOMEONE WHO HAS A DIPLOMATIC PERSONALITY AND STRONG BUSINESS ACUMEN.

    Their clients are middle-market companies in transition. This person will work across multiple projects and industries, supporting the project teams internally and externally.

    This is a career-track position with the opportunity to be promoted to a key role in their HR department. Their culture is highly entrepreneurial and energetic.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 8+ years of recruiting experience for advisory, management consulting or investment banking firms. Will consider other corporate environments. Must have in-house experience.

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

    • Diplomatic personality with strong business acumen to interface with senior executives, private equity firms, and line workers of middle-market companies. No jerks need apply.

    • History of exceptional work and leadership under time-constrained and otherwise high-pressure conditions.

    • Mastery of sourcing skills and extensive experience utilizing LinkedIn, indeed.com, various social media, internet research, networking, job postings, associations and other sources.

    • End-to-end ownership of full lifecycle recruitmentincluding sourcing, resume review, initial phone screening, in-person interviewing, job offers, reference checking, and closing.

    • Ability to quickly study and learn new industries for recruiting for client opportunities.

    • Ability to bring on necessary tools (including the identification and implementation of an Applicant Tracking System) to source and manage candidate process.

    • Strong understanding of labor laws as it relates to recruiting.

    • Create recruitment reporting matrix presentations in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for clients and management

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong e-mail etiquette.

    • Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time.
