We are currently seeking a motivated - and motivating - Human Resources Generalist to work onsite in our Norwell, MA office.

    The Human Resources Generalist will perform all aspects of HR including, but not limited to, payroll processing and benefits administration, talent acquisition, on boarding and employee separation, employee relations, career development, training and development, employee engagement, HR compliance, and participation in global HR team meetings and initiatives.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • PAYROLL AND BENEFITS
      • Responsible for bi-weekly multi-state payroll processing. Ensure payroll and related taxes are paid correctly and on time
      • Ensure employee changes are correctly processed through payroll, ensure proper deductions and accurate record-keeping
      • Serve as primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns
      • Work with our benefits provider to conduct an annual review of employee benefits and recommend coverage options
      • Communicate benefits information and changes to employees
    • HR OPERATIONS
      • Collaborating within a global human resources team in a remote environment
      • Maintain HR related documentation in employee files.
      • Verify the accuracy of employee data changes for new hires, rehires, terminations, status changes, salary changes, leave of absences, and other payroll inputs
      • Assist with audits throughout the year by providing documentation to auditors
      • Review equipment leases and cell phone plans and recommend changes as needed
    • TALENT ACQUISITION
      • Place recruitment ads, review resumes, screen candidates for recommendation to hiring managers, participate in the interview and hiring process.
      • Onboard new hires and ensure that each employee receives the tools necessary to support their job function (computer, cell phone, etc.) Facilitate employee separations and arrange for the return of company property.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2 + years of payroll experience, preferably with multi-state experience
    • Understanding of payroll best practices and regulations
    • Benefits administration experience
    • Experience in hiring, onboarding, and separation
    • Expresses initiative and follow through
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong oral and written English language communication skills.
    • Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential material.
    • Knowledge of Oracle is a plus
