Job Description
We are looking for extremely talented Marketing & Executive assistant as a key addition to our team. The Marketing & Executive assistant will work directly with the team lead and Business Development Manager and will be responsible for various administrative and organizational tasks including but not limited to research, gathering and documenting information, compiling reports, utilizing CRM, utilizing social media, utilizing Eblast Accounts, interfacing with third-party vendors as well as other requests that may come up in support of Social Media/Marketing and executive functions. The candidate in this position will also conceptualize campaigns, develop and execute all ads, and analyze ad performance results. We want a highly productive social media guru!
This position requires a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and prioritizing and appropriately. Willing to train the right person.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers
Keep company messages concise and consistent in accordance with our brand
Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updated
Produce new advertising and marketing campaigns that are relevant and optimized
Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media
Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork

Create, edit, and push video content to strengthen and increase the reach of the brand
Create and execute weekly team and property video content.
Produce weekly and monthly online and offline marketing for properties.
Update website with new listings, open houses, sold listings, etc.
Customize weekly e-blasts for open houses, new listings, community events, etc.
Manage all social media platforms and content.
Manage team requests for advertisements, promotional items, mailers, business cards, banners, etc.
Write copy for MLS listings, web, social media and other key communications helping to establish content that is relevant and action oriented.
Assist in creating and coordinating team events and marketing them on social media platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE, knowledge of contracts and transaction process.
Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions
Develops innovative forward design concepts
Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
Weekend and evening availability
Real estate license preferred
Communicates well, both verbally and written
Previous experience in the real estate industry
Experience and understanding of today's SEO techniques
Experience using Photoshop, or other similar programs
Experience using a video editing program
Experience using social media to market and build brands
Minimum of 2 years of marketing/brand management experience
This is not an entry level position. You have at least 2+ years of experience in managing the marketing of a Realtor or Real Estate team. You are highly self-motivated, smart, ambitious and are a good fit for our culture.
Creative with an eye for photography for capturing marketable moments for social media distribution.
You have exceptional organizational and project management skills. You are able to balance multiple projects, priorities and tasks efficiently, all while staying focused and keeping a smile on your face. You operate with a high level of professionalism and present yourself as such. You are articulate with superior communication skills, both written and verbal form. You are highly energetic with a great sense of humor.
You take a proactive approach to figuring things out on your own and you like challenges. You are a self starter and take great pride in your work. You are able to work under limited supervision, taking initiative when necessary. You will take on your job duties with a sense of ownership, confidentiality, commitment, honesty, loyalty and integrity.
