Hodell-Natco, a leading wholesale distributor of fasteners (nuts and bolts), chains, and customized distribution services, is looking to expand their west coast Sales Team, with a regional office in Reno, Nevada, serving the surrounding market. By working directly with the west coast Sales Leader, you will have the opportunity to engage your customers with unique value-added and streamlined solutions offered by Hodell-Natco to grow your business.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct business from inside the regional office located in Sparks, NV.
- Live our core values through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Learn the value proposition of the products and services offered by Hodell-Natco and successfully apply this knowledge to target opportunities for business development.
- Service and grow an existing book of business by proactively servicing our customers and acting as a trusted consultant.
- Partner with Outside sales to assist in growing the business.
- Listen to prospects and customers and build relationships in order to fully understand their needs, products, replenishment requirements, purchasing system, and response time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Hodell-Natco teams to create flexible, creative, and value-added solutions to solving cost, production and distribution challenges.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Willingness to operate safely in a Drug-free workplace, including random drug screens
- Outstanding account management and inside sales skills with consultative selling abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with both customers and colleagues
- Superior organizational & time management skills
- Industrial, manufacturing or distribution experience is helpful, but not required
- Ability to navigate and effectively use a CRM such as Salesforce to manage/service accounts
- Mastery of intermediate level Excel skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Must clear a 7-year criminal history screen and DMV screen
- Prefer 4-year college degree
