Job Description
Growing plaintiff law firm specializing in first party insurance claims (property damage from hurricanes, hail-storms, windstorms, tornadoes, fires, etc.) Minimum 3 years of legal experience. Trial experience and Spanish speaking are a plus. Must have strong ability to research, draft motions, pleadings, take depositions, etc. Anyone with insurance claims, adjusting or construction background is a plus. Must be able to manage docket of assigned cases. Base salary is $80,000-$100,000 depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary each attorney will receive a percentage of the attorney fees earned on all assigned cases. Paid vacation time, holidays, sick days.
