    We are looking for a SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR to join our team in St Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment. The Social Media Coordinator will work alongside the marketing team to support the development, creation and execution of our marketing and advertising campaigns via social media. This role will work on developing new, relevant, and engaging content for continued brand awareness. A successful candidate will need to be a creative, a good communicator, hard worker, organized, proactive and have an eye for detail. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Familiarize yourself with our brand, our service offerings, and our company culture. Then convey that through engaging content across all social media platforms.
    • Robust understanding of creating & publishing content, videos, posts, stories & reels.  
    • Actively engage employees and opportunities for job site visits to keep content current & fresh
    • Monitor posts, respond to comments, and direct messages with the brand voice

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Expert knowledge in Adobe Premier editing software.
    • Have at least 2-3 years of experience in multi-platform social media content creation.
    • Undergraduate degree in related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training & hands-on experience.
    • Candidates must be very digitally savvy and connected on multiple social media platforms.  
    • Must have exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
    • Strong background in conceptual and visual thinking
    • Must provide a design portfolio.

    REQUIREMENTS:
