The Role:

In this role, you can expect to be collaborating closely with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative social media strategies that align with broader marketing initiatives. While your creativity will drive content creation and audience engagement, you’ll work with our team to ensure cohesive messaging and employer brand representation across platforms.

• Implement innovative social media strategies that reflect cutting-edge trends and engage diverse audiences. Your creativity will be key in crafting compelling content that resonates with our community and amplifies our brand’s voice across various platforms.

• Actively support and enable our digital community by engaging with followers, responding promptly to queries, and fostering a vibrant online environment. Your role will be crucial in building relationships and facilitating open communication through thoughtful and dynamic interactions.

• Play an active role in the day-to-day management of our social media platforms, ensuring that each post and interaction not only represents our firm but also supports and engages our community.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to seamlessly integrate social media with broader marketing campaigns, emphasizing creative solutions, and community enablement in every project.

• Analyze social media metrics and report on performance, making recommendations for improvements.

• Assist in creating and managing social media advertising campaigns.

Who we’re looking for:

• Dynamic enablers eager to collaborate across teams and with our online community, ensuring that every campaign and interaction is impactful and meaningful.
• Candidates who are enthusiastic about using their innovative and supportive skills to drive social media success, creating memorable experiences for our followers.
• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, preferred.
• Experience generating content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic graphic design principles is a plus.
• Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.

The Legal Stuff:

While performing the duties of this job the employee will regularly be required to sit, stand, reach, walk, drive, kneel, crouch, crawl and lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
