We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. GOALS: Create / Convert / Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, Average 5 homes shown before writing an offer. Responsibilities: Be willing and able to gather pricing information and market research for buyer clients Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents and/or home sellers Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and/or emails Working with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes • When not showing homes, schedule appointments for buyers agent partner. Qualifications: Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Work effectively with clients Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs Compensation: $96,800+ annually
