About Holiday in Lights at The Coeur d'Alene Resort:
Each year, our resort transforms into a dazzling winter wonderland with spectacular light displays, decorated trees, and festive décor. Our Holiday in Lights team plays a key role in making this magic happen for our guests and community. We are seeking seasonal team members to join us from September through December to design, install, and take down beautiful holiday lighting and decorations.
The Role:
As a Holiday in Lights team member, you'll work alongside experienced installers to set up breathtaking displays of Christmas trees, wreaths, and lighting systems. You'll ensure our décor is safe, functional, and ready to wow our guests throughout the season. Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with a team to design, set up, and take down holiday lighting and décor
Load, unpack, and carry ladders, tools, and equipment
Climb and work from ladders and roofs (safety training provided)
Maintain safety standards for yourself and your team
Locate, report, and troubleshoot power or lighting issues
Organize lights, decorations, tools, and inventory
Maintain a positive attitude with guests, coworkers, and supervisors
What We're Looking For:
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Availability for 10-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday
Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs. (and up to 100 lbs. with assistance)
Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
Moderate mechanical aptitude
