The Holiday Inn Express on Madison's east side is accepting applications for a Full-time Breakfast Attendant. The hours are varying depending on how busy the hotels are, but are generally from Monday through Friday 5:30 am to 11 am and Saturday and Sundays 6 am to 12 pm.

As a Breakfast Attendant, you’ll welcome our guests, recommend food and drink to help keep service on track and up to standard. Responsibilities:

• Choose the breakfast selections for the day and make each item

• Tell your supervisor or duty manager about any unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents

• Be cleaner than clean – meet or exceed local cleanliness and hygiene laws

• Help with washing up and other kitchen duties when needed

• Give guests a better experience by helping with any queries or advice

• Wear your uniform with pride & maintain a clean and well-kept appearance

• Take on other ad-hoc duties when the whole team needs to pull together

• Own your kitchen – keep on top of supplies and equipment, and minimize waste

• Keep track of inventory, store all foods properly according to food safety laws

• Provide manager with weekly orders while keeping an eye on occupancy to minimize waste

Qualifications:

• Must know how to operate standard kitchen & cooking related equipment

• Must be fluent in local language

• Must take pride in the work they do
