The Holiday Inn and Suites Downtown Cincinnati is seeking a qualified reservationist to be the liaison between our VIP accounts. This position is a full-time position where you will be handling the day-to-day reservations and details of our top accounts. This opportunity requires great attention to detail and effective communication skills. You will be responsible for organizing and handling all of our top accounts and communicating that information through the appropriate channels. You will be responsible for providing direct correspondence through email, phone, and our reservation system and will assist with front desk operations as requested by management. Qualifications: • This position requires great attention to detail. • Experience with reservation systems is required. • at least one year in a customer service role is preferred. Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
