Responsibilities: • Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed • Greet customers, take food and beverage orders from diners, serve orders promptly, and accommodate any special needs or requests • Actively engage in pre-shift and department meetings to get a thorough knowledge of all goods, services, and facility operations • Collect correct payment from guests and ensure that the guest check and method of payment are accurate to safeguard both the client and the business from mistakes in transactions • Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer client queries and provide recommendations Qualifications: • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service • Prior food service industry experience is highly desired • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
