You’ll ensure each guest receives world-class service by managing all aspects of our food and beverage department, including our incredible staff. Responsibilities: • Evaluate and regularly report on guest satisfaction and advise on improvements • Oversee all food and beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development • Develop new menus with the culinary team that include suitable pricing structures • Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance and hire new team members • Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs Qualifications: • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience - higher education in hospitality or hospitality management is a plus • Over 3 years in food and beverage management • Customer relationship management experience desired • Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards • National food and health safety regulations knowledge Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
