    Bar Louie is a new upscale sports bar with an eclectic American menu, extensive wine, and beer selections, and over 20 flat-panel televisions to enjoy all your favorite sporting events. We are currently looking to hiring a Restaurant General Manager to manage daily operations and helps us have fun doing it. Responsibilities: • The Restaurant General Manager will oversee the operations of the restaurant and bar. • General Manager will work closely with the culinary department and will report to the Hotel General Manager. • The Manager will monitor food and liquor costs, create work schedules, implement marketing promotions to increase sales, and train staff members to ensure guidelines and requirements are followed. • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS WITH OPEN AVAILABILITY. • Bartending experience. Qualifications: • A minimum of two years of experience as a Restaurant Manager is required, and hotel experience is preferred. • The candidate will have a high level of energy, excellent training skills, and experience with tabletop presentation design and wine merchandising. • Experienced with all typical HR guidelines. • Experienced in developing all staff members in mastering their position. • Must be able to establish company standards and guidelines • Experience with Aloha would be great. Compensation: $60,000 - $68,000 yearly
