As an Hourly Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and providing exceptional customer service to our valued guests.     Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation of all departments within the facility.

    • Lead and motivate a diverse team of hourly employees, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional performance and guest satisfaction.

    • Monitor and maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility.

    • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.

    • Assist in scheduling and managing labor costs to optimize staffing levels and ensure smooth operations.

    • Collaborate with other managers to implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

    • Act as a role model for the team, embodying the company's values and providing exceptional leadership.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.

    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate a diverse team.

    • Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine passion for creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests.

    • Ability to handle and resolve guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

    • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    • Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles.

    • Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
