Holiday Lanes in Bossier City, LA, is seeking enthusiastic and friendly Team Members to fill various positions, including Cashiers, Front Desk Customer Service Specialists, and Porters (Cleaners of Bowling Facility). Responsibilities:

Cashier:

• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving any concerns or issues.

• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.

Front Desk Customer Service Specialist:

• Welcome and assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and lane assignments.

• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a smooth check-in process and addressing any guest needs or concerns.

• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.

Porter (Cleaner of Bowling Facility):

• Clean and maintain the cleanliness of the bowling lanes, seating areas, restrooms, and other areas of the facility.

• Empty trash receptacles and keep all areas well-stocked with necessary supplies.

• Assist with setting up and tearing down equipment for events and parties.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and positive attitude.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
