    Responsibilities:

    • Drive sales and revenue growth by actively promoting and selling group events and birthday party packages to corporate clients, schools, organizations, and individuals.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.

    • Conduct tours of our facility and provide detailed information on our offerings, pricing, and packages, tailoring the experience to meet the specific needs and preferences of the clients.

    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of group events and birthday parties, coordinating logistics, staffing, and resources.

    • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies to expand our customer base and drive sales.

    • Utilize social media platforms and other marketing tools to promote our group events and birthday party offerings.

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with clients.

    • Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

    • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    • Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
