CONTRACTS OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR VACATION CLUB
POSITION SUMMARY: This position will be on site sales center operations manager. This associate will maintain the experience center and create a successful environment for a sales presentation with invited guest to tour.
INCOME POTENTIAL: $60,000 /YEAR (Salary base plus bonus)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Preparation of Sales Contracts for Sales Experience Center
- Ability to Maintain all member contracts and pledge accounts
- Ability to do verification of documents with new Members and does not need to be a notary
- Ability to handle information in a confidential and classified manner
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Provides information for Sales Department when requested
- General office work and other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
- Timeshare or Vacation Sales Operations minimum 3 years experience
- Must be flexible in schedule to work different days in a week and able to adapt to constant change
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional business appearance and positive attitude
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- Must be organized with attention to detail and self sufficient
- computer and typing skills in Excel, Word
